THE ASSOCIATE WAS EXCELLENT.... ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS....SHOWED ME MERCHANDISE ON MY WISH LIST FOR FUTURE PURCHASE.... REALLY TOP NOTCH....THE ONLY REASON I WOULDN'T GO BACK IN 90 DAYS IS THAT I WAS ON VACATION... OTHERWISE THAT WOULD BE MY GO TO STORE!

Linda was great. She helped me find just what I was looking for. She also made my experience worth while.

Linda D was very nice and engraved my pendants quickly and efficiently. She was very nice teaching me to use the program. Also pleased their engraver was working bc multiple stores in California and Nevada had broken engravers.

I have been collecting charms from the places that I have travelled. This was a great experience. Linda D was patient with me while I contacted my kids to see if I already had a Vegas charm. She was personable and actually laughed at my kids. She was a great help. And a great associate.

This is my first jewelry piece from Pandora. My experience in the store was very nice. Was greeted right when I entered. Everyone was with a customer and Jiona said she’ll be right with me please look around. Once she was free, she pull out all the smaller rings. We found a ring to match my engagement ring and it is beautiful. Thank you for helping me, will be back to find my second piece of jewelry.

I was shopping for a bracelet that my wife has been mentioning for quite some time and decided to surprise her this upcoming mother's day. I was welcomed by the staff as i entered the store and Lilia was delightful to offer me assistance. She showed me the selection i was looking for, the special that i took advantage of, gave me insight of what charms were for limited time and her trust worthy opinion of what would look best for my girl! She did such an amazing job that i almost bought something for her! Without a doubt best customer service I've received in awhile and i would know since I work at a casino.

Associates were very friendly and helpful. She showed us a couple necklaces and a bracelet to help decide which looked and worked best

I am always pleased when I visit the Pandora at Fashion Show Mall. The store is bright and welcoming as are the Associates (on this visit it was Jionna & Linda). I bam happy with my purchases (even the ones I hadn't intended to buy). I will return soon.

I was highly satisfied because the sales associate was really nice. She was extremely patient. The sales associate was not pushy at all she was very knowledgeable & nice!
