Nice venue but a little pricey.

I had a conference at the Marriott Downtown. The hotel was difficult to find. The parking structure was the worst I've ever been in with dead ends everywhere with outrageous prices. Stopper in bathroom was stuck but quickly fixed when reported. No microwave in room which meant walking all the way to the lobby to use the gift shop microwave. Fitness center was great.
