My appointment was for 3:30, and at exactly 3:30 they started work on it. No waiting. The mechanic used a proper torque wrench to tighten the wheel nuts. No depending on performance of an impact driver.

Mark was great. Scheduled me in for the very next day and had my tire repaired in about 40 minutes. The shop was clean, organized and the staff was very friendly.

excellent tire kingdom and service was great, easy install. all thing was the online scheduling didn't work, and that was a pain, not sure if that is just the site not working or if that is something all the time not working, but today all things should be online.
