I had to have a tire replaced to to road hazard. One of my lug nuts came off. I was able to have repairs while I waited. Very satisfied with Mark Grandy's management of this location Store #6058.

Service was awesome! Communication was great! I got in right away and the repair was quickly completed. The waiting area was very clean and inviting. I was treated with courtesy and respect and a smile. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. They explained everything so I knew what they were doing.

Unexpected flat tire required replacement. This is a very busy location, but the manager always does his best to expedite all customers. Mechanics re all professional and do a great job.

The customer service I received from Chandler at that Venice location convinced me to make a follow up appointment for work on the front end. The entire staff were great. I will be doing more follow up service at that location on the 29th.

Set it up an appointment. Drop my car off a little early and my oil change was done A little ahead of time. The manager was very pleasant and precise. The place was immaculate. I will definitely return for other services also.
