Clearly state the price for the vehicle I entered when I booked online. I was quoted 89$ however the final price was 160$. I know for specialty products I may have to pay a bit more but not almost 60% more.

Communicate proper times at drop off/prior to drop off (Had to book an appointment so I assumed my car would be in on or at least close to the time. It was not and had to wait just over 6 hours for an oil change). Communicate more in depth on pricing (advertisements on website are different than what I was charged even though I only asked for what was shown online)

The inspection report was not consistent with the work the the technician called about. There were other items that were mentioned on the phone call as compared to the report. Perhaps the lingo was not understood by me. In the end, I was still not sure if everything that was mentioned in the report and the phone call was competed. I expressed to get all the work done. For an agreed price. At any rate, look at my inspection report compared to the work done and let me know if it jives... Thanks.

Please inform more accurate time of the work. The reception told me it took a couple of hours to finish the Out of Province Vehicle inspection, so I decided to wait. However, it ended up 5 hours actually.

I got a $49.99 Oil Change promotion coupon when the Oil Change job had been completed the manager Changed me $71.70. He thinks that I am a Sucker.

The man at the front desk was very rude, I felt like I wasn’t valued and definitely won’t be coming back to Midas in the future

was told the car was repaired and was test-drive to confirm everything is good. picked the car and drove home and, noticed that there was white smoke coming out from the hood on the driver side and there was liquid all over the driveway. called the shop immediately and they offered to two the cars back to the shop and check again ...

Brought my car in for the mandatory Out of Province Inspection check. Shaun gave me a quote of $2.6k and upsold me very hard by including unnecessary fixes and for parts as basic as windowshield wipers (quoted me extra $150 to get them changed including the labour fees for BOTH of the individual wipers), lied to me about how I cannot simply change them myself (because apparently "the whole thing is broken"). When I tried to reason with him by bringing my vehicle back with me to give it some time to reconsider before paying such an expensive bill after the inspection, Shaun began cornering me by rushing me (by removing the car off the vehicle lift before I even ask him any questions with an angry look on his face) and imposing me for reinspection fees (another $100). I am a small woman (5'3 & 100lb) and it was a very scary situation for me. I had no choice but to keep my smile on, trying my best not to cry, while Shaun was yelling at me in a very very threatening tone of voice that the he cannot grant me a pass for the Out of Province Inspection unless I enable him to charge me another $150 for just a windshield wiper change service.

I expect to be quoted correctly for an oil change. Especially after providing all details about my car (year, make, model, v6, 4dr). Being told one thing, then showing up and being told by the same person a higher price because my car takes more than 5L … is unacceptable. Aaron had a careless attitude towards the situation and told me the prices are on your website. Will not be recommending or visiting again

The part was that was replaced was $167 At the local parts place in the same Plaza where they probably actually ordered from. they charged me almost $900 for the part, I feel very ripped off and I will be putting a Google review on.
