Had an appointment for 12 am . They where behind . I was told that when I walked in.You can not foresee what’s going to go wrong when working on cars. Took a little longer than I expected but I’m happy with the work.

Oil change included tire rotation. When I asked if the TPMS needed to be re calibrated I was advised they would be mixed up but it didn't matter??? Based on this declined the rotation but it was done anyway. Now TPMS is mixed up front to rear....

Clearly state the price for the vehicle I entered when I booked online. I was quoted 89$ however the final price was 160$. I know for specialty products I may have to pay a bit more but not almost 60% more.

Communicate proper times at drop off/prior to drop off (Had to book an appointment so I assumed my car would be in on or at least close to the time. It was not and had to wait just over 6 hours for an oil change). Communicate more in depth on pricing (advertisements on website are different than what I was charged even though I only asked for what was shown online)

The inspection report was not consistent with the work the the technician called about. There were other items that were mentioned on the phone call as compared to the report. Perhaps the lingo was not understood by me. In the end, I was still not sure if everything that was mentioned in the report and the phone call was competed. I expressed to get all the work done. For an agreed price. At any rate, look at my inspection report compared to the work done and let me know if it jives... Thanks.
