I had a great experience with Midas Crowfoot. Booking online was easy, and I was able to adjust my appointment time just as easy with an email to them. Getting there I was greeted with a friendly smile and a welcoming hello from John. He kept me informed with the progress of my car, and we even talked about shop while I waited. Great place! Great people! I will be taking my vehicle there again for sure. :)

This service was only for changing one wheel stud, I asked for the estimate in advance and what I paid was within that range, luckily towards the lowest price. I had planned to wait 1 hour and wait 30 minutes.

I liked the amount of communication I received (texts when the car was inspected, an emailed very detailed quote immediately after I requested it). I liked the friendly and fast service.

Went in for rear brakes and rotors. Job to 5.5 hours to complete. Was scheduled to wait but had to take a cab home and back.

The price difference between a synthetic oil change and normal oil seemed too large.

Everything was great. The only thing i didn't receive was a "good, better, best" option for my solution, that's if there was even that option to begin with. Other than that, it was great. The Dafe Key Drop Off Box should be more clearly labeled outside as i had to make 2 trips.

On the way home an engine warning light came on and I returned to the. location ... It turned out this was due to a hole in the welding job performed which activated an oxygen sensor. After about a further hour, the location resolved the issue.

The manager, John was extremely accommodating help me with the pricing and provided me a vehicle when mine wasn’t ready as we had planned so extremely satisfied with the service I received with this manager John and spoke with someone named BRAD a few times extremely professional
