Mr.Gant was very nice and professional. He explained everything to me and what I was paying for. He also informed me that oil change was gonna take place as wells as my filters if they needed to to be change and the price. He even had his tech go out of the way to do a courtesy check on my car. Mr.Gant is very nice and friendly and will continue to go to Midas…He represent the Midas Company very well

I originally had a same day appointment at the South Post Oak location. I emailed expecting a response within 30 minutes like the website indicated. The person in charge told me he was the only one there and hadn't checked email but to bring my car in any way. When I got there he said he only had one worker and they hadn't had lunch break. I could either come back or take my car to Bellaire. Frustrated, I went to Bellaire. The service was so great it balanced out the other experience.
