This location has become my go-to auto shop. It's in walking distance of my house and the team is great, they do good work, quickly, and are super friendly. Reese, the manager, is real customer service pro.

Wish I remembered the workers name but he was friendly, explained everything very well, and got the job done quickly.

The associate explained everything that I could understand stand.

Just from walking through the door you get smiles and greetings.

Car engine light warning light came on. Vehicle occasionally began hesitating when stepping on the gas. Issue diagnosed in less than five minutes. Air intake hose cracked and creating fuel/air mixture issues. Shop had to call around a number of GM dealers to find the part. Manager got on this immediately and finally found the hose. I was immediately contacted when it came in. Came back in and the part was installed right away. I have been coming to this shop since I tracked down the mechanic now working here who came from a prior location. A job well done!

Taking my cars in for oil changes at Midas on Miller Road are super easy. I call for an appointment, drop off and it’s done within an hour. I either work while waiting or walk to my office so when my car are done I get a call immediately. It’s quick and easy. The staff is always friendly and easy to deal with.

Very nice, knowledgeable, friendly shop and Only disappointment was that fender covers were not used. I have scheduled another appointment for a tire related problem.

My car was really bad that morning. It was an emergency situation. I called and spoke to an associate who was honest with me about wait times. I got there and was treated right away and with kindness and patience. Everything was explained to me so I could understand.
