The people barely communicated with me. It almost felt like I was bothering them.

Had an appointment time—arrive on time but service was not available until an hour and a half past appointment. Off gassing of display tires was very strong as I waited for the 1.5 hours in a very cold area. Lastly, was told (for the first time) tired, regardless of condition, will not be serviced that all tires are aged at 6 years. We have three vehicles with Big O tires, two of which are used very rarely and stored. So, is this true? Emergency horse trailer and 3/4 tin truck to haul.

Not that great of a place. Not even sure I got the services I paid for after picking up and things were not in order. Did not top off fluids, not even sure they checked the oil. Had to ask for washer fluid. Thought they would check the tires I’m pretty sure they did not. Maintenance light was still on and I had to return to have them turn off. He blamed the last oil change people for this which is impossible. It came on last oil change and it turned on early. To hard to explain. Just kinda a yuck experience.

Employee did not help me at all. He basically said I needed new tires when thread from tires are clearly good. I've purchased tires before from you guys and its been good. And when I need tires rotated you guys do it even after warranty is expired. I just get a friendly suggestion im going to need tires. I've bought used tires before and they are like what I have now. Just feels like I'm being scammed. Its like if i purchase a TV and guarantee expires after 3 yrs then I should get a new one? Thats ridiculous.

First time in since new ownership and had previously been a customer for several years. Representative not very friendly or engaged. Took 25 minutes for my car to be put in garage which made me concerned about getting out in an hour to get back to work, although I did get out in slightly over an hour. Old service paperwork had check off list and about checking fluids, wiper blades, etc. this had none of that. Nothing was communicated about anything noticed with my car and didn’t seem to be part of the service? and yet it was more expensive than in the past. Extremely loud music coming out of garage which didn’t lend a professional vibe. Nothing seemed unclean about the place. Did not use the restroom and waited at the table outside.

Use appointments so service timing is predictable for your customer

After first going back to Big O Tires a few weeks after purchasing 4 new tires for my car, it took 7 months for the staff to find a slow lead in one of my tires. I was given bogus reasons for the slow leak for months, the weather changed, the pressure gauge in my car was broken, new tires need to have air added each month, etc. When the staff finally found the leak, I was told that the warranty would not cover the damaged tire because I did not purchase the protection plan (which I was not offered) and the tire could not be repaired because the puncture was too close to the wall of the tire. I therefore had to purchase another new tire. When I received my car back with the new tire installed, the car’s radio station had been changed and the sunroof was not closed properly. I do not understand why the installer needed to listen to the radio and open the sunroof to install a tire. I will NEVER go back to Big O Tires.

I brought my Tesla in on 6/23/23 at 1:45pm and said my right front tire was leaking air. Gavin then looked at the tire and found a screw in the tire and said they could fix the tire in about an hour. I came back in an hour and they said the car was ready and all fixed and charged me $60 for the repair. I drove off to make an appointment and then stayed overnight in Healdsburg. When I went to the car in the morning, the right front tire was low at 24psi so I went back to Big O. The same screw was in the right front tire. Gavin explained to me that there was a miscommunication with the technician when I brought the car in the prior day and he had actually worked on the right rear tire and found nothing wrong with it. They then properly plugged the right front tire and told me there wouldn't be another charge. I had already paid the $60 the prior day with the tire not being repaired. After the tire was fixed, I had to ask the current technician to fill up all the tires to the same psi as the fixed tire was 10psi below the other. This experience has to be one of the worst I have every had!

Big O did a tire repair on my left driver side. There was a screw in it. They repaired the tire and told me that the light would likely stay on for a little while but it would turn off. The light didn’t turn off after I drove 10 miles. After my stop,. The light was still on, upon returning to my hometown of Healdsburg. When I looked at the tire that was repaired, it was extremely low and there was only 15 pounds of pressure in the tire. I asked the associate that Assisted me if they checked the air in the of my tires “ oh yes!” When I got to a gas station where I could get air into the tires, I had 15 pounds of pressure in the repaired tire and 30 pounds each in all the rest of the tires. The tires hold 35 pounds. A nice young gentleman assisted me with getting air into my left front and all the tires. I drove home and the next morning there was still air in my left tire. Today when I got out of Phone tearing at a Red Cross Lead shelter, the tire was still fine. It was very clear to me that they did not. Put air in the tire they repaired, nor did they bother to put air in the rest of the tires. Extreme negligence inexcusable
