Barry and his crew were courteous and even checked that all the fluids in my vehicle were topped off.

I made an appointment to get new tires and there was an issue with having the tires I needed, so the owner of the shop gave me a higher value tire with one free tire for the issue. I was totally thrilled. He even gave me a ride home so I did not have to wait. Big O Tires is a great store and I have been a very happy customer for years. I will only purchase my tires and have my oil changed at Big O.

I researched the tires prior to purchase with big o tires and they were obviously not the cheapest but the manufacturer warranty was better, the protection plan is well priced, and the easy of applying for a line of credit with the company and/or its third party vendors was wonderful. The website was easy to navigate, when making the appointment, speak with someone at the location, who confirmed my appointment. He was helpful and pleasant to speak to speak with. The day of my appointment, someone from store called to advise my tires were at the shop and ready for my appointment. When I arrived the location was clean and I was immediately greeted by the staffed and help. The only issue was my appointment, per the associate I was working with said my tire appointment was not showing it was an oil change. This was immediately corrected. After my keys were take my car was immediately brought into the shop. I think I waited maybe 30 mins (it did not seem that long). The car is driving smoothly again. I received a text from the store confirming how the car and tires were doing! The experience from beginning to end has been great! 5 stars Thank you!

This location is terrific as is the people that work there including Sean (owner/manager) and Chris.
