The sales people at Big O are just very matter of fact, which I appreciate. They don’t try to upsell you on anything, I believe if one of the guys were to tell me I needed something I would believe them. When the sales staff constantly is pressure to upsell the regular customers never know if they actually need the service/product or not. It builds trust.
