Next time I will use used tires small company and shop around for a oil change to fit my budget even if two different companies its just the way you gotta do things today the small companies are fair

I brought my vehicle in due a slow tire leak I had been experiencing for about a week. I was greeted promptly and professionally and the gentleman I dealt with is a great representative for your company. However, while my tire was patched, I learned after getting back on the road that it wasn't inflated back to the proper level -- it was still roughly 10 psi short, the level when I stopped in. Not a huge deal, and I have a pump at home to add air. Then, as I hooked the pump up, I realized that whomever worked on the tire also did not screw the valve stem back on the tire. Very disappointing and an inattention to detail that makes me wary of bringing my car back for future care.

Communicate that there will be a significant difference between the online quote and the actual price prior to doing the work. I had a quote with me that was $140.00 less than what I was charged

Communication. I needed a different size than the ones I was quoted on the phone and I wasn't told about it. Higher priced size were installed without being consulted.

No#1 Supervision with a capital S.Evevery one of thd staff seemed extremely young, like too you to have gained enough technical trade experience and way too young to be unsupervised by Some who is old enough to have experienced required as well as to be the last stop on the QT train. All tjise young men were incredibly respectful whichis a rare quality these dats in the young, but they had no idea what I was saying and did not have the integrity to not only qt the job, but when it was brought up, all the integrity went out the windowand everything could have been avoided with some tech training, they had no business talking to 50 year old Customers sbout working on there $80k vehicle on average I would imagine at that location?

When getting a service done prices should be clear and spoke about prior to doing service. Other tire shops service is included in cost, however, this is not the case at these shops and this was my first and last time at this business for all 3 of my cars.

well,,,,,,,tech was sloppy on install! left check engine light on! I had to spend 330$ more to repair sensor ,,,wired were jerked out off ! Very poor service there~~at Big-o,,,,,,,,,,,,ive been a customer since NTB When Sears owned it! not happy ,,no replies!!

I was told they would put my tire on cause its a different tread pattern and i void my warrantee. He said it would hurt my transmission unless i bought 3 new tires because you discontinued that tire. even though i have less than 15k miles on these tires i bought from you less than 3 years ago. I need 3 new tires i think that should be warranteed out or pro rated at least. because it is not my fault you quit making them and it would mess up my car when i bought all 4 at the same time.
