Big O Tires

The quote and final price had a significant difference that was not clearly communicated. Also, the name on the receipt was wrong. When spending $1000, I prefer my name to be correct on an invoice.

I found that the tire was very overpriced. They didn't have any affordable tires and had to order the one I ended up going with. Even then, it was considerably more than I'm used to paying for a tire. I usually go with Discount Tires. The only reason I chose Big O was because they were open on a Sunday (which I do think is great!) Everyone in the store was great. I realize they're not in charge of pricing.

Colton was fantastic in providing great service. Team accommodated me very quickly, and I'll come back for sure. Give the team kudos.

Purchased 1 tire..after a day I noticed the tire was extremely loud and the vehicle had a vibration...I took the vehicle back the tire was rebalanced and the problem was gone

My only problem is that I wasn't communicated that the process was going to take longer because I needed air filter replaced as well but it needed to come from another location so the wait was a little longer than expected.

Everything went as expected

On my tech notes it says my coolant reservoir was empty, but it’s not. They never mentioned this to me.

I was very satisfied with the service I received

I got 4 new tires and they aligned them only to get home and have horrible noises when I turned the wheel sharply. I went back the next morning and there were no technicians that could work on the car so I spent 3 hours the second day dealing with this. Also the young man who drove the car in or out has greasy shoes and stained the floor matts.
