This location has very friendly associates, quick turnaround time, and excellent work done. Cost is also great for the service done.

I scheduled service to replace my driver's side headlight, this store had already replaced my passenger side headlight roughly 2 months ago, and I was only informed after the service that both headlights were replaced. The store manager even remembered me and stated "what's going on the with the headlight, we just replaced that" and I let him know it was the other one this time. At no point, while I waited for an hour, did the service tech in at the front desk let me know that they were replacing both headlights - I was displeased with his choice to spend my money by making the decision to replace both headlights without consultation. On his behalf, he did credit me for the cost of the lamp as a customer service gesture but I informed him it would have been better to notifify me up front of the repair costs and not make it a surprise. I still like this location but he could have handled that situation differently.

When I arrived for my appointment I found out The tires at the store were not the ones I ordered. Manny was quick to order the correct tires. The installation was completed about three hours later than expected do to the tire availability issue.

No reason service was good
