Zane is great. I was blown away that when I walked in, he just asked which vehicle. I do bring 3 vehicles there, so I come in with some frequency however, there are places that I visit more often who have no idea who I am. It was really a treat, and it made my day that I just had to tell him which vehicle and that he knew who I was.

I had a flat tire. It was just after 5pm the night before Thanksgiving. I called and they said they would wait for me and fix it. Super awesome job, fast and efficient!

Zane & crew presented with nothing less than professionalism & respect. Sure, the wait was long because we didn’t schedule an appt. & other cars were ahead of us. Our visit was due to a crisis situation regarding brakes being horribly & dangerously installed at another Big O tires location in San Mateo. Zane & crew helped identify the problem & were able to address enough it enough to get us back on the road till we can address the issue further @ the San Mateo location. Thanks again Zane & crew!
