Big O Tires

Had a slow tire leak, they put air first, waited a couple of days, the light came back. Took it back and there was a nail in the tire. No cost to repair as I bought tire some time ago. True to their warranty. Always take my cars to Big O for my tire, and other problems. Wish the worked on Tranmisson’s. Thank you Big O!! You rock!!

I was highly satisfied with my experience because the Big O store that I went to was ready to take my truck when the appointment was scheduled. They pulled my truck in, took care of the tire service and sent me on my way within 30 minutes. Thank you.

The price of the tires were reasonable. The staff was professional and very helpful. The overall experience was awesome.

The employee who coordinated my car’s service, John Harris, was very thorough in explaining all my options ( the tire could not be repaired.) He informed me about a special that was available for the next few days on one brand I wasn’t familiar with and gave me comparative pricing for the current brand on my car. After doing a little investigating online myself, I decided it was a good deal and left my car overnight ( it was almost closing time) to be serviced the next day.

The wait time was minimal and the tire price was reasonable. I received good service.

I love the Michelin tires i purchased with brakes.

The staff, Jacqueline called me to come in earlier than my scheduled time, she helped me and explained what I needed and how long it would take.

Jacklyn was great the entire customer experience. She communicated and explained all the services required. The most important thing I felt was that I can trust her and she wasn’t trying to be a sales person by ‘selling’ me products I didn’t need. Job well done Jacklyn!!!
