The store was a little intimidating to a first time shopper. The sales person was very helpful and put me fully at ease.The whole experience turned out to be very pleasant. I look forward to returning.

I love they have pieces that will be discontinued and we have a last chance to get them.

The three associates that were there were very nice and very helpful. It was my first time going in to a pandora and they helped me through everything. Explained how the bracelet worked, what charms ment. Separated them for me so i know what one i picked for the kids and I picked for me. Etc

The store was very busy but it is less than 2 weeks before Christmas. The sales associate was very helpful and nice. Very nice store and selection.

Our sales associate was patient, even though the store was starting to become overwhelming with customers waiting. Pandora really needs more sales help during the holiday season. Our associate was friendly and knowledgeable and she knew her merchandise. We didn't waste any time searching for product. She listened to our requests and she promptly gave us opti0ns. It was a pleasure shopping with her. I am sorry I don't remember her name; she is an asset in your store.
