I told Alicia I wanted to buy a ring but I didn’t know my size. She took out the sizing kit and guessed my correct size on the first try. Then was able to immediately pull a wide selection of rings in my size. She was so friendly and kind and talked about the qualities of the different rings. I felt heard, understood, and validated during my visit.

Very good service. It didn’t feel like i was being rushed, everything was very professional. I will be returning soon to get more charms and complete my bracelet.
