Sales associate helped my granddaughter as soon as we walked in. Met us with a smile and explained the product and charms In great detail. Very friendly store and great service.

We were greeted promptly when we first entered the store. An associate spent time with us as we chose a bracelet and charms, and provided many suggestions as we figured out what we wanted. I was there with my daughter to buy her a charm bracelet for her birthday, and ended up getting one for myself also. We will be back once we decide on more charms to add.

This was my first time ever in a Pandora, and I was really impressed with the merchandise and they had exactly what I was looking for. The sales ladies were very helpful! I’m hoping to find a store closer to where I live!

When I walked into the store, both the workers were very friendly and asked good questions. I asked her about something I was looking for, and she answered all my questions and helped me pick it out. She set out all the trays for the bracelets and organized them from least expensive to most expensive. Then when I found the one I liked, she measured my wrist and found the perfect size. She let me try on different styles and sizes too. I talked about getting some charms and instead of making me look through the whole book, she pulled out every tray for me. She was so kind and friendly and made the whole experience great. I'm so glad she helped me and I can't wait to go back!!
