Salesperson Grace F No. 227239 was OUTSTANDING!!! I was on a work trip and stopped in and she went above and beyond helping even though she knew I would not be back as I live in SC. Friendly and/or helpful you don’t see often anymore. I so appreciated talking with her! Very sweet girl! Please give her this feedback!!!

Monica was super friendly and helpful. She replaced a clip that she noticed was messed up ( I came in to buy a security chain for my bracelet I bought a month ago). She offered to clean my bracelets. When she placed my newest bracelet back on my wrist , she noticed it was tight. She asked if it hurt (it didn’t but it was tight) she offered to replace it with the next size up. It feels so much better! Monica took amazing care of me! I really appreciated it!

Employee Grace (227239) went over & beyond her call of duty. She was very knowledgeable and patient. I loved her patience she had with my 3 year old daughter when I purchased her minnie mouse earrings.I went to the store located at 201 Bluefish Drive #103 Panama City FL 32413. The whole store associates are the domb!!! I wish I would have remember the other 2 ladies names. I would shop there again if I ever visit that area again. Thanks for the wonderful beautiful Pandora shopping experience for my daughter & myself.
