I love the food but the service is hit or miss. I either get the best servers around or the absolute worse. Some are so rude I have no idea how they got the job. We always ask for Jordan when we go. She's the best.

We had a great experience last time we came to chuys. That's why we decided to come back. Our server last time was awesome. We asked for her (Jordan) today but she wasn't in. The server we had today was alright but not nearly as good as Jordan. The girl helping bring out the food has a major attitude problem. I simply told her that the food she was putting in front of my mom was mine and she rolled her eyes at me. But other than that great time and great food.

We felt very rushed. The server kept asking if we were ready to order before we even had our bar drinks or appetizer. I kept explaining we weren't in a rush. I understand the typical lunch crowd is on a time limit, however this was not the case with us. We wanted to enjoy our time together and socialize. The server should be able to know the difference and read the customers, especially when they repeat several times that they are not in a hurry.
