Good food...service was a bit slow but friendly

The place has been getting worse and worse.

Love the margaritas. Waited over 40 minutes for food after we ordered .

We chose to eat here because we had both never been before and wanted to try something new. Our server was very good, extremely attentive and offered us samples because it was our first time. Her name was Alivia and very thing she was was perfect. We just didn't really care for the food very much, it was okay but not our favorite. It was worth a try tho!

I love the food but the service is hit or miss. I either get the best servers around or the absolute worse. Some are so rude I have no idea how they got the job. We always ask for Jordan when we go. She's the best.

We had a great experience last time we came to chuys. That's why we decided to come back. Our server last time was awesome. We asked for her (Jordan) today but she wasn't in. The server we had today was alright but not nearly as good as Jordan. The girl helping bring out the food has a major attitude problem. I simply told her that the food she was putting in front of my mom was mine and she rolled her eyes at me. But other than that great time and great food.
