Wil was very professional and courteous. He worked my car in on a day that was busy. I was grateful. My daughter is taking a trip out of state and Wil made sure to check a few items that I had requested outside of the oil change. He was very helpful.

I have come to this location for years. As long as Jessie is at this location I will continue to do so. He is honest, upfront and always helpful. He takes his time in helping me out and this is also why my daughter and husband come to this location. Just this week alone he got my car travel ready for a trip I am taking this month to Wisconsin. He also set up a seal replacement on my daughter's car. I trust his judgement and advice. The only downside I don't like is when I come in and he is stuck at the desk in the bay area when he should be upfront handling customer service questions, where as far as I am concerned, does the most good for the store's customers.
