Big O Tires

Ulysis and Joe are two of the best reps I have come across. Easy in and out. I know I can trust the opinion of Big O Tires. I don't feel like they are trying to sell me everything under the sun. Always helpful.

They don't worry about charging the customer for every small thing. I.E, checking the air in our tires. Even though they were really busy. And a quick turn around on our car.

I've been to this store several times. I know they do good . My 2013 Accent is a good car but needed a full check out. The engine light and temp light were on. They diagnosed everything and found a lot of problems, mostly relating to age and wear. I agreed with all they found. It was expensive but had to be done. When I got the car back I was extremely happy. It felt like a new car.

Got in with no appointment, had the tires I wanted and I was done by early afternoon. Also, I had trouble submitting the rebate paperwork for the tires I purchased. I went back to the store to ask for help and they had the same problem I did; the solution - a $70 in store credit (the amount of the rebate). The issue was resolved in less than 5 minutes, this is a great Big O franchise!
