I showed up at 2:55 for a 3 pm appointment. It took way too long to be checked in. They were busy, but they were not attentive. I was told it would be 3 hours until they realized I had an appointment. It still took close to 2 hours to get it done. The website quoted no charge, and I showed the front desk from my phone. The only response I received was, " I have never seen that before." $107 for 4 snow tires to be swapped out, twice the amount others charge. Not to mention the bait-and-switch tactics they used in the quote and appointment. After the service, I checked the tires they swapped out, and they did not put on the plastic bags properly and stowed them in the back, making a mess and getting paperwork wet and dirty. I packed the snow tires with a tarp in one area and replaced the tires without thought. Tarp wasn't used when they loaded my car. Three tires stacked and one tire upright is how I showed up. What they did was chaotic. Two tires fell out when I opened the back. Very unsafe. I have shopped here for years, and I can only assume it is under new ownership management because this was not close to my past experiences.

I was told my car would take 3 hours. I had to call several times during the day. I kept being told my vehicle was next. I never got a call. Finally, I went to the location right before it closed. They lied and said they called me. I showed them my phone log and that they had not called. They blamed it on a system glitch.

Came in to get an oil change and this place smells as if I went into a gym the body odor in this place it so over powering for can’t smell the rubber from the tires. Dustin or Justin was the one helping me and I can’t believe how rude this guys is all I wanted was an oil change and I received an attitude for it. If this is how you treat your customers I’m sorry but I’m will not be returning. Wesley in the other hand was helpful to answer the remaining questions I had. Thank you Wesley I didn’t see Will or Jesse those guys are great.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!!! I WENT IN FOR A TIRE REPAIR AND MY BRAKES WERE MAKING NOISE. DUSTIN WAS THE ONE HELPING ME AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO MISTREATED IN MY LIFE. HE LITERALLY MADE ME FEEL THAT MY SAFE WAS NOT IMPORTANT AND KEPT LAUGHING AT ME WHEN I WAS TELLING HIM WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY VEHICLE. THEY NEED SOME TRAINING ON HOW TO TREAT THE CUSTOMERS. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD ANYWHERE. I'D RATHER BE GETTING MY TEETH PULLED INSTEAD OF COMING HERE.

Preform the work that is asked. Preform the work that is invoiced. Listen to customer. Listen, annotate and preform the requested actions and inspections. This site didnt seem like anyone knew what I wanted to do. I always spoke to a different person and they were lost as to what I had asked for. In the end they didn’t prefrom the essential thing I asked for.... a tire balance.

My '09 Focus SE needed an oil change & have the snows replaced with summer tires. It took all day! I received the car about 5:15 pm that evening when it was among the first to be checked in - maybe fourth or fifth. I asked twice how much longer it would be (about 9am and then went home, about noon) each time I was told there were a couple of cars ahead me so it would be 1.5-2 hours more. I received the call that it was finally ready about 4:40 pm.
