I had a oil change and tire rotation appointment for 3 pm and was told to expect around 40 minutes to complete the work. At 60 minutes I ask is everything okay. I was told the reason for the delay was the cabin filter needed replacement, A one minute jobs tops...I was handed the keys and I ask where my wheel lock was. I was told that they didn't know because the tires were not rotated.. It was clearly on the work order. When I ask the front person about the poor service he gave me the attitude" What is the big deal"? I have used this location for at least 20 years because of the great service but this will probably be my last......

Unknown to me your road hazard warranty was only good for 3 years. My tires only had 8000 miles on them when one got ruined. Instead of the protection of a warranty, and again with only 8000 miles on my tires I got to spend over $220.00 for one new tire. That's no way to treat a long term customer. You can bet that I'm telling everyone not to buy a road hazard warranty from Big O and best to go somewhere else if you can't stand behind your warranty on an 8000 mile tire.

I had scheduled a 9am appointment for an alignment. Apparently there was no Alignment Technician on site to complete the alignment. The store employee(s) decided to not tell me that the Alignment Technician was on vacation which they knew the day before when they confirmed my appointment. So I waited three hours for an Alignment Technician to be brought in from another Big O Tire location.

Try hiring or getting some in that shop that knows how to schedule. I wreched for 10 years and my father for 3 times that. I'm familiar with the field. Patience is a must. So I bit my tongue when stupid said they couldn't even check it. Also customer waiting flats last I checked when center tread and repairable are #1 priority because they are 10min of work. If your folks are so slammed they can't find 10min for a flat you need more people at the bare minimum but more like competent management staff. Wesly specifically was who I dealt with.

I came to this location with a metal object in my tire. It was the end of day, so they could not look at my tire. I understood that there wasn't anyone available to repair my tire. My dissatisfaction comes from explaining how quickly my tire was losing air. He didn't even offer to put air in the tire so I could make it home safely.

I was losing air in one tire and asked for it to be looked at. when I was called to pick the car up, the big o employee didn't even mention the result of the tire, I had to ask and when he said oh yeah it couldn't be fixed, I had to then say that I don't want to come get the car if the tire is an issue, plus that's why I brought the car in- to get the tire fixed. if that was not possible I would think he would offered several solutions to the problem, one of which being a new tire. Instead I was told to come pick up the car. Then to compound the error- once we finally discussed possible solutions- his only offer was for 4 new tires for some off-brand I never heard of. The entire experience was disappointing. Offer the me the off-brand for 1 tire- but then when I communicate that I didn't want that he could have easily said I could get you some name-brand tires into our store by tomorrow. There was very little effort in solving my problem in my opinion.

I brought my car in to simply change my snow tires back to my other tires. They called back and said they could not perform the service because my tires were worn and cracked! Discount Tire just took those off at the beginning of winter and it has been about five months. So your telling me that five months in my garage is going to ruin these tires? They have a lot of tread left and then he tries to sell me four new tires!!! What a joke!

I purchased the tires at this location, and always request a tire rotation with an oil change. This is the second time in a row where the tires weren’t rotated. This is the only reason I come to your location, but since it isn’t being done, I’m going somewhere else.

I do not trust the skill of the staff that do the work, the training/knowledge of many of the customer-facing staff nor the integrity of management. Jesse is an exception. He is awesome.
