I was told 2 hours. Maybe less. Took 4 hours. No waiting room. Spent 4 hours pacing the parking lot. Horrible.

Scheduled an appointment via phone a week ahead of time to install winter tires and rims. Showed up and they had no record of my appointment. They had to squeeze me in. I bought $2k worth of tires and rims from this location 3 yrs ago. Told I had lifetime installation included. Branch was sold and new owners are “not recognizing any free work agreements”. So I paid for the service. Pulled away from the branch and car indicated all 4 tires were extremely low on air. Had to stop at a service station to refill myself. Did I need to pay for them to put air in the tires too? You would think that would be something they would check being a tire store. Have used this branch for 20+ years for all our tire work. Will NOT be back.

Communicate the reason for the delays and stay abreast of what is being done. If I had not ask my vehicle status, I might still be waiting. Communication and follow up is essential to good customer service.

I had a appt yet it took 4 hours to get my oil changed and 4 new tires. This is double the time this service should have taken

I was quoted a price.. paid the bill but when I got home there was an additional charge of $85. for warranty agreement.which I had not agreed to. It was just added onto my bill. Very unethical

We bought new rims and snow tires a year ago costing over $2500. We were told that we could have the tires swapped for summer tires or back for free since we purchased the tires there. This has worked great for several rotations. Went in this week and was told the franchise had been sold and the new owners were NOT honoring previous agreements like this even if I had it in writing. We got our rotation for free since we were not notified but told all future ones would cost us money. This is just bad business by the new owners. Big_o was our go to place for anything tires. If they won’t honor their agreements, we’ll go elsewhere from now on. We’re horribly disappointed in Big-O.
