Big O Tires

They installed different tires on same axle, even though I told counter person that I have 2 Michlens and 2 Goodyears. I had to go back to store and wait for them to correct it.

My automobile won't start after a servicing. That concerned me. I went back inside and the associate told me they left something on that caused my battery to die. They needed to charge my battery before starting. I've never had an encounter like that. I don't think I'd be comfortable returning.

State honestly and understandably the services advertised on coupons.

Recommend services recommended by Honda. Which was not true. I have family that work for Honda. Cabin filter had leafs in it ask they just blow it out. Was told no. I have been a long time customer of big o. I may never be back again. Seemed they were pushing work that did not need to be done. Very disappointed!!

Took car to mechanic for repairs unrelated to brakes,rotors, 4 wheel plus flush charged mechanic showed me no flush was done brake fluid was almost black ..have to take back and make them do flush as charged. Rotors were streaked with black on front supposedly new but seems doubtful.

When scheduling appointment, I priced out 2 and 4 tires. When I arrived for my appointment, they didnt have those tires available and proceeded to bait and switch to ones twice as expensive. Then instead of calling to say that they couldnt do alignment due to other necessary work, I was not notified to discuss my options.

Told not to put in cabin air filter, supposedly one was put in I was charged for it?

I came in wanting Michialin tires and Will fast talked me into something cheaper. A Nitto FastTrack. I'd never heard of Nitto and assumed it was a Michialin. The tires seem ok but have since ground them at a much lower price

I was very disappointed to learn that Big O significantly marks up parts above the retail price listed on my Napa replacement parts. In addition to the labor rate of $160/hour my parts were marked up $540 above the retail price listed on the Napa site. I know that Big O does not pay retail for their parts so the actual profit on these parts likely exceeds $600-700! Far too much for the $1500 service provided!!! I will never trust Big O again on parts or service.

Makes an appointment confirms the appointment shows up a week before to make sure the appointment is confirmed and still don't get the tires I ordered, worst experience I've ever had buying tires.
