Online in terrible. Gave total price. The store calls says another $300 is needed for mounting and balancing. No offer of price match. Then surprise you with another $90 for sensors. Not up front about costs, If nickel and dimming your customers is your game you have it down, Costco and discount tell you all costs up front via online or in person. I will have big o run my tires throughout there life cycle but they will never receive another $ from me.

Tire rotation took 1:15 minutes. When I went to check on status, my vehicle was setting in parking lot and had been done for some time. If I had not gone to ask about my vehicle I might still be setting there

I used to bring my cars into Big O for every need. It is apparent that your pricing has gone to the point that I will look elsewhere for future service.

I had a 9:00 AM appointment for an oil change. It was 9:15 AM when an employee checked me in. The two waiting areas were filled with people but no employee had an explanation for the delay in check-in or an explanation for why the store was so busy. My car was finally ready at 1:45 PM. This seems like a long amount of time for an oil change. Prior to this visit, the employees up front have always been courteous, friendly, and open about whatever might be going on. They were courteous but not friendly or forthcoming with information that might have helped me plan my day. I hope that upper management is treating the frontline employees with respect because everything rolls downhill.

Pretty standard to fill tires to 34psi and they only filled to 30 leaving car indicator for low pressure on. They didn’t pay attention to pressure gauge or dashboard indicator. Put wheel cover on (attached with lug nuts) covering valve stem. They didn’t pay attention. I looked at entrance to bays and there is trash all over so I’m surprised I didn’t pick up something else to give me another flat.

I tried to get a hold of the person handling my vehicle but was put on hold for a very long time. Finally I was told that person would call me back but I never got the call. I had to come down to the store to talk with that person.Very annoying.

I would have more people available to make sure customers are not sitting there waiting. While they are sitting there waiting, I would at least acknowledge that they are there and try to get them checked in. The lack of individuals upfront caused the miscommunication in exactly which Tire had the leak causing two trips for me and a one hour delay. When this company was owned by a small individual, it was run much better and now that it’s taken over by a large corporation it is no better than any of the rest of the tire companies in the area. I have been a customer for 15 years, but I will be looking elsewhere for future services. If all they have to offer is big company experience.

$153.27 for an oil change with filter and free tire rotation is way too high when you have to wait for better than an hour and a half to get it done with only two vehicles ahead of you! Not happy at all!!
