Big O Tires

Check in was fine but getting someone when I returned to pick up my truck. Also, I call on Tuesday, January 10th and was put on hold for 6 minutes. Had to call back later in the day.

Jesse is great! Overhearing another worker with customers was concerning. The information being stated was obvious he didn't know what he was talking about. Definitely learned something while sitting in the waiting room. I will ask to speak with Jesse when I'm in! He is great!!!

Dropped off vehicle at 8 am Saturday morning for an oil change and did not get a call till 4 pm. Said it would take 3 to 4 hours

I went in asking for an alignment and 2 new tires. I was not informed that the person who does the alignment came in at 8am I came in a 7am. I did not have time to wait any longer for this person to show up after my vehicle was already done. The communication was highly disappointing.

Sales person should have told me the wait time, and I would completely understand, I needed my service truck for Monday, I had no options, I believe your short on tech help and I completely understand it's the world we live in today, you have a great product, I've been going to you for years and I will come back and ask questions

I just believe value to procedure was not in line. Changing brake pads and rotors should not be billed out at the rate that was charged. A professional mechanic can do this job with their eyes closed b

In previous 2 visits a lug stud on vehicle was stripped, causing massive issues with changing a flat tire

A simple process of rotating tires was done incorrectly twice, resulting in stripped studs, a tow, wrong lug nut installed and another stripped stud :(
