The vehicle sat for one hour prior to work starting. Wasn't ready when I returned after 9 hours. Had to wait for job completion.

Your website asks for a lower price if you find one, I entered a slightly lower price that I had found, but this location does not price match, I guess, as I paid your full retail price

not a small town operation anymore...feels more corporate....also this location no longer has N2 fill.....that's what I paid for when o purchased tires and that's what I expected with repair.

Tried to have this resolved last week after being told to bring in the next morning and was in to wait with my vehicle. No communication regarding how long I'd wait or that you were short staffed. If I was told upfront, I could have planned appropriately. Instead made another appointment and left. Asked the timeframe and was told I'd get a call. I'd not heard anything by 430 so called and was told yes, my car had been ready for a while. When I picked up my car, the resolution was not offered. I had to question everything. Communication goes a long way with customer service. I've been using this location for years and will likely go back based on history. However if I had to base my return on my recent radiator flush, I'd likely think twice.

Have had consistent service at this location over the years. It's local and easy to schedule needed services. Had an issue with an employee about a year ago but that was resolved. Nice to see he's been replaced. This Big O is still my trusted service and am happy to see it recovering from covid shutdown.

New ownership and it has lost the small town feel it had 10 years ago. But the staff did well for the services rendered this time.

I needed switching of type of tires and rotation. Keeping the old tires. Just switching them out.
