Quick easy friendly

I had a slow leak in one tire. I only had one day to get my car in. I worked the other days. They got my car in. Found a nail! Fixed the tire and didn't charge me. Fabulous!

The associate who Checked me in is always so nice and explains the full process to me. I never feel like I’m being sold something I don’t need at this location.

Everyone I talked to was very professional and friendly. My car needed additional work than I anticipated, and when I asked about three price, the estimates Big O provided me did not match what was indicated on the receipt. Additionally, I did not receive a call when my car was ready for pick up and I had to call the store twice to check in.

The incorrect tire was installed on the wheel, so a new tire had to be special ordered which took several days.

Because we applied for the financing at the bank said we will get an answer in 14 days. I know is not your faults but the bank’s.
