I was so impressed with their honesty. I was getting a lot of work done and when they realized the parts they received were used, they called me immediately to reschedule for when new parts arrived. Honest company!

This BigO store has been my go to auto mechanic store since my husband passed away nearly 4 years ago. He trusted this store and I followed his example. They have never disappointed me from tires, brakes & rotors, mileage maintenance and oil changes, batteries and "clunking" noises on both of my vehicles. I trust the mechanics at this store. I will never go anywhere else. I especially appreciate they do not talk "down" to me because I'm a woman. I am comfortable asking questions like, "What the heck is a rotor?" and they answer me without belittling me! Nor do I feel like they are "selling" me or taking advantage of my lack of auto mechanic knowledge and "up" selling me. I may never be able to afford a new car again - they are keeping my "old" cars on the road and running safely so I can transport precious cargo - my grandchildren!

A few months back my son purchased a set of tires from this location and expressed his satisfaction with the service he received. He recommended I consider this place if I evered needed any work done.
