Big O Tires

The guys in there are always friendly and knowledgeable we take all 4 of our cars there for oil changes and in the last 11/2 years got all new tires for 2 of our cars

My husband was a long time customer of Big O. After his passing I followed his example and preference. Now I understand why we have been long time customers. I have never felt like I was being taken advantage of because I'm a widow and with little car mechanics knowledge. I feel the customer care team really does care about me and my vehicle operating safely and is dependable transportation for my needs.

They took me right away. Wesley was very professional and informative. He explained everything I was concerned with and about services Big O could provide me with in the future. He even came out to my car and showed me things I didn't know about, needed soon, or may need in the not too distant future.

I purchased tires from Tire Rack for my Q7. Big O tires was significantly less expensive to mount and align my wheels than the Audi dealership
