Big O Tires

Wonderful service experience. I went in to get a low tire looked at and my tread wear was very low. Ended up deciding to just replace my tires. They ordered them and had them at the store and installed within a few hours of my original visit. Excellent customer service and I appreciated getting it all done same day.

We had purchased tires at a Big O in California. My wife had a flat here in Arizona, which was repaired and the tires were rotated free of charge. This is the NICEST Big O I've ever been to. I'm glad we moved to this area.

I made my appointment online which was very easy. I was greeted and asked how I could be helped. I am going on a trip and I wanted to make sure my tires were okay for the backroad travel. I also wanted to get information on upgrading my tires to an all weather/terrain tire due to me living where it snows and where I do a lot of backroad travel at times. I am very pleased with the store, staff and outcome of my visit. They will definitely have my business again.
