We called to get help with changing our tiers and for an alignment and the same day were taken care of. The people at the shop were helpful.

I was able to call and talk to an associate before coming down. She was expecting me, and was kind a courteous. She already had my tire ready and I only waited about 15 mins total. Excellent t job!!!

They were very friendly and knowledgeable. The one and only problem I had was the length of time it took to perform the services and they compensated me by putting my battery in for free, which made me extremely happy. This is now the third time I’ve been in that store, and I’ve been treated exceptionally well every single time, and I’m happy with the prices I was charged comparatively to other places I have been, but most of all the customer service was the best I’ve ever seen in any shop of its kind

As a business owner getting our vehicles in & out quickly for services is very important. When we do not have a vehicle, we are not able to make service calls and are potentially losing money. The local (Payson, AZ) Big O is mindful of our need for speed and accommodates fantastically.

Quality service & warranty

Russel is a really nice guy who knows tires. He kindly checked and reassured me that my brake pads were thick and good and that they would keep an eye on them at servicing and since my wheel alignment was good when checked they did not charge a further $100 for this service as it was not required Very happy overall with service pricing and garage and it’s staff Russell has a real sense of humor and made my wait enjoyable
