We had a blow out on our travel trailer. After putting out spare and heading to big O they took us right away. They recommend we change all tires for our safety due to old tires about to blow. We got all 4 and spare changed. They got right to it and were very professional and helpful.

I had a reservation and felt oil change was completed in a reasonable time.

Scheduling the appointment was easy & pleasant. No problem with checking-in even though I only got there 1 minute before my appointment. Donuts and (for me) popcorn. This Big O even has a internet connection in a back waiting area. Comfortable waiting area, very knowledgeable pros. Didn't happen to me but overheard that someplace in the valley had sent the wrong part and the Big O person explaining to the customer was so apologetic and caring (not that he could do anything about it). I'm delighted that Big O is in town. I'm on my third car since discovering them and look nowhere else.

Leeann is always professional and listens to you as to your car issue. Then when completed, describes what they found and what they recommend if further work is needed.

I had local mechanics telling me to call in a couple of weeks & just did not feel comfortable. Called Big O at 3pm & we got in the next morning to fix our brakes.

Th is location has been so awesome to me. I always come here first.

Friendly and courteous. They answered all my questions. Lots of smiles and employees seem happy amongst themselves as well as to the customers.
