I was able to make an appt. at the time I needed, and on the same day I asked. The tire rotation was free, along with a reasonably priced oil change and tire repair.

Kyle was very helpful from the beginning. This was my first time doing this on my own and he walked me through everything and made sure I understood everything and what I could expect

The online appt was easy. Joe was kind and thorough with the knowledge. And patient while i thought about an alignment.

First of all shopping for any car service can be stressful, I always get a lot of anxiety beforehand. Big O Tires helped relieve those uncertainties. The convenience of scheduling an appointment online is a major bonus, it was easy to do and made the visit smooth for us and the employees. When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly gentleman who was able to pull up our request and go over the services and products. The estimated time for completion was only 45 mins. My husband and I took a lovely walk and the car was finished in 30 minutes. We received a text message and email alert. Another gentleman at the counter checked us out and explained the warranty. We were back on the road and the cars never driven so smoothly. I can feel more confident driving in the upcoming weather with new tires. We really appreciate the services we received.

I researched the available tires before my on-line schedule, when I got there, I was told the tires I wanted weren't available, I had to go with something more expensive; seems like "bait and switch."
