I was really thankful again with them informing me what was needed on my car especially brakes, fluids and alignment. Been with them for almost three years and Big O is always the best to go to.

It was easy to come in and get my new tires. There was availability to fit my schedule and the service was efficient and effective.

They were able to remove a damaged lug nut that I was unable to remove, and had reasonable pricing for installation of tires drop-shipped from TireRack. After picking up the car I noticed a slight vibration while driving so I immediately returned and asked them to check balance. On closer inspection they said one rim was bent which was causing the vibration. I know I've hit pot holes, so I will need to get this repaired. It's not an issue with Big-O and is not within their control.

I called at 5:30. They close at six. I had a nail in the tire a d it needed to be fixed I was told to come an they wohld fix it

Been to this location years ago a few times. I trust this location and they stand behind their work. The D Manager suggested I get the CC for service, which I did, but did not get my $40.00 off my bill on card. Even with new staff, I am very pleased. Thanks Big O

The employees were friendly and very informative. They let me know the tires I wanted originally weren’t available and told me which ones were available. I didn’t feel like they were trying to pressure me to spend money.

I took my car to 4 different places and didn’t get any results. I walked in to Big O Tires at this location. He listened to my concerns about my situation with my car, and promised me that they’ll definitely find out what’s wrong with my vehicle. Next morning. I received a call saying that they’ve found out what was wrong and resolved my issue. My car is back running smoothly again. Thanks
