The store manager Kenny and his team went above and beyond! My son had a flat tire as he left Louisville to travel home to Chicago. The Big O there replaced the tire but missed the crack in the wheel. By the time he got to Indy his tire warning came on and he ended up at this Big O. The wheel needed to be special ordered and my son was stuck there until we could drive the 3 hours to get him. Kenny gave my son a ride to a place we had arranged, since the store was closing. We came and picked up the car several days later. Immediately after leaving the store, we didn't even get a block away and hit a huge pothole that was unavoidable and blew out one of the other tires! Kenny sent one of his workers over to retrieve the wheel and bring it back to the shop. The employee returned to our vehicle, put on the spare, all while Kenny was trying to track down a replacement tire for the special size. He found one at a local competitor and called to make sure they stayed open to help us out since it was Saturday before the Memorial Day holiday and we would have to leave the car again and return at a later date if it didn't get fixed. Kenny was amazing!

Associates were friendly and helpful. The waiting room is big and comfortable. The repair was fast and complete.
