Big O Tires

Last week my car "told" me I had low tire pressure so I went to Big O to have all tires checked and air added to a low one. The fix was free and the manager told me if it happened again to come in. This week, tire pressure was again low and I took it in. They found a nail picture in the tire, removed it, and patched it. Again this was free. I had the tires rotated at the same time. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and the wait time was minimal.

They fit me in without an appointment and gave me a great deal on tires.

Service was quick for a walk in visit. Had a very strong cleaning product smell. Maybe a little too strong for some people with sensitive noses.

The mechanic who worked on my car was very knowledgeable, and explained the situation with my repair in a very understandable and detailed way. I couldn’t have asked for a better mechanic!!

They were all very friendly to me. They answered my questions with no problem, and I like that. They know that my car was a leased car. They told me what was still covered with the company that I got my car from and I appreciated that.

I can't remember the guy's name but he was so polite and I came in for a nail in my tire and they repaired it for free but he did advise that I needed a new front drivers side tire and he didn't pressure me to get a tire from them but he did advise that I need to get it changed

Everything went perfectly

I arrived when they first opened, I was helped right away. Oil change took about 45 minutes. I asked them about tires for my SUV I'm going out of town soon. I got new tires and the tire monitors system fixed on my car. It was great that they were very helpful.

Very professional and friendly staff! Service on my truck was very quick, they were even nice enough to give me a ride to work. Overall great experience with them!
