Tire Kingdom

We had an unexpected repair that was analyzed as soon as the car was brought in. We were advised as to repair and cost in a short time. The representatives were friendly and helpful.

Purchased tires in November 2022 and had a tire R/R losing air . They found a nail in the tire and were able to repair it at no charge. I went next door and purchased a gift card from Dunkin Doughnuts and gave it to the staff for there customer service.

Everything was easy! Staff were really nice. Services were clearly explained. Communication through service was clear and excellent. The value of the oil change with 16 point inspection is great. Super helpful staff! I'm choosing Tire Kingdom instead of Subaru from now on!

My visit went very well, fast check in. My car was in the shop within 5 minutes, and finished within 25 minutes.

I was losing air in my tire and took it in for them to repair the tire. There was a nail in the sidewall that could not be repaired. They put the tire back on and topped off with air and did not charge me anything. I told them i needed to make sure the tires were not still under warranty which they were not. I went online and they had compatible tires for my vehicle so i ordered the one i wanted and made an appointment and was in and out in no time with a new tire.

Great service, great communication, great quality

The service associate that assisted me was polite, caring and knowledgeable. He explained what in need of being done and if it could wait or needed to be completed sooner rather than later. One was for tires, still good tread but some moderate dry rot, but the second was more concerning to him since the front brakes were almost metal to metal and adjustment needed on the back drum brakes. We did the brakes and I will definitely be back to get tires. I trust the management and employees to give me the answers I need and felt they were concerned with my safety like a family member. Great Team at the Tire Kingdom, Nokomis FL!!!!!!! 5 star rating in my book!
