My Maserati got a flat. I needed to change four tires anyways. It was a pain to find a tire shop that would be able and willing to handle my car, because everyone is either afraid or doesn't have the right tools to process a Maserati. Steve investigated and let me know that they could do it, so he custom ordered all four tires for me. I was hoping to find a compatible spare for my car to replace the flat tire and to get the car over to Tire Kingdom. I was able to get a spare from another Maserati (my model does not have spares). Unfortunately, after taking off the lug bolt caps, I discovered I had special round lug bolts on my wheel that I did not have a key for. Tire Kingdom let me know that I can still bring the car in, leave it overnight and they would get the job done in the morning. I had to get my car towed, but got it into Tire Kingdom before closing, so they let me leave it inside. Unfortunately, it turned out that I had some custom lug bolts that might be Maserati specific. Ricky was helping me with the whole process and was amazing. He literally contacted Maserati of Sarasota and had them deliver lug bolt keys to get the wheels off. I dropped off for an oil change. I said I needed it back by 12:30 so I can leave for vacation. They called and said I needed to brakes and still did that work and I was able to pick up at 12:10. It was a great experience.
