I called the location at 604pm. They closed at 6pm. They answered the phone and I explain my emergency. I had steel showing on two tires and leave the next day for a family camping trip. I asked about a night drop and early appointment. The store manager Justin said bring it in now and he would put in on the rack and fix me that night. Patrick and Justin stayed and I showed up trailer in tow. Dropped the trailer in the parking lot and they came out and took my car in. An hour later I left with 4 new tires and an alignment. By far the best service I have ever had at a Big-O location. I have used Outerloop, poplar level, Highview and Shepherdsville. I will from now on only come back to Hillview and use them as long as those two gentlemen are working.
