I like Big O. You all have been good to us. I've been going there most my life since my dad started going there about 30-40 years ago.

I had trouble with my easy care road hazard but Robin went above and beyond until she got them to approve the job she was on the phone for longer than I would have done for myself and Justin White the manager was nothing but kind not o ly to me but to all the customers he helped everyone in their feel appreciated he helped so many people that they left their so happy because he made u feel like he cared I truly felt like he cared more for the customers then himself I will forever go there and tell everyone I know they should as well I've never felt like a company tried to help as much as Justin White tried he did more than I can put in words for all customers while I was there I was amazed a manager would help so many customers leave happy and want them to leave happy.

I was told about this Big O Store from a recommendation from my brother as I was very pleased with their service and I will be back.

Always have excellent service in a timely manner . Good value and confident about the work performance.

I'm struggling financially but my car required work I couldn't cover at this time. Staff worked hard to find coupons to bring my cost down as much as possible and provided me with financing information.

I told them I would pick the car up tomorrow and they came and pick me up

There was an oversight but management took care of the issue. They did me right.
