Big O Tires

I went in to have the tires rotated only. The associate showed me where one of my tires went bare on the inside (I didn't notice it) due to a severe alignment problem. Since the other three tires were worn and would soon need replacement, I had them all replaced and had a much-needed alignment. New tires, Big O Legacy, ride wonderfully.

The car was towed there the night before and they identified and repaired the car the next day. Great service!!

I had called and told them my issues and that dealer was trying charge me $500 for part. They told me come in and they’d check to see if I really needed part. Turns out it was something simple and much cheaper. So while I was there, I decided to go ahead and just get my tires changed.
