Chris Turow, Asst. Mgr. greeted me with a friendly smile and asked how she could help me. I let her know I had a flat tire and the spare was already one. At the same time I let her know I was on my way to a dental appointment. We both agreed I leave my spare for a like kind tire. I asked her to text me with tire options and pricing. Texting went very well By the time I returned my new tire was ready to be installed. After a very short wait tire installed and I was to the rest of my day Chris is the BEST. Meaning she knows the tire business along with a down to earth way of communing to us layman of insightful tire knowledge I already let her know m next oil change will be in her shop. She explained why I need to change my oil more often than my current “ retired” kind of driving. Meaning. I don’t drive as much as when I was working. So sorry for long essay yet you have a gem working for Big O Tire. She should teach customer care for any “newbies” entering into the tire service career! Patty Otto
