The young man who helped me was very professional and friendly. During the time I waited he wiped of the tables and chairs as well as lined up the chairs.

I had visited several shops to get a quote on getting my brakes serviced. Every place that I went to were either non-committal about the price or made me feel like I had to get everything replaced without their even doing an inspection. And the price! Anywhere from $1200 to $3200!! When I came to Big O the first time to make an appointment, the serviceman quoted a price for replacing the brake pads, and the price for replacing the rotors, if needed. When I returned on the day of the appointment, they did an inspection, told me the rotors were OK, and quoted me a price for the brake pads--$500.00. They were friendly, courteous, and fast. Thank goodness for Big O. You've earned yourself a new customer.

Excellent service on flat tire repair from the boys on St. George blvd. these guys worked quick and got us back on the road to head North in the interstate. Couldn’t be happier with service.
