Walked in asking about the 'Emma' mattress, although dreams do not sell the Emma mattress Chris pointed us out to a similar mattress, different brand of course. Didn't like the memory foam so went though our options with us from there.. ound a perfect matress for me and my wife

From the. Moment we walked in the customer service was amazing. The assistant was highly knowledgeable,he explained the process of choosing the correct mattress but there was no hard sell. We initially went to Dreams at junction 9 but we felt that the customer service could have been better. Our neighbour had recently bought a bed from the Bentley Bridge store and had highly recommend them so we decided to try there. We both felt the team at this store was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and very friendly. We were offered tea and coffee and the whole experience was relaxed. It was obvious that the staff we saw have an excellent working relationship and they are a credit to your company..

Was welcomed by Chris at Bentley bridge store yesterday. Must say he was fantastic! Really helped and made me fell at ease. Helped my two sons pick there perfect mattresses. 100% would use this store again.

When we entered we were met by Chris who was friendly, professional, polite and very knowledgable about your products. He advised us on what products may suit us via the sleep match witch craft you have going on over there 🧙🏼‍♀️ 😂 We were also assisted by Adam who was equally friendly, professional, polite and knowledgable. We were given a cup of tea while we completed paperwork and overall, I cannot praise enough, firstly and foremost your staff, but also the range of products you stock. Will definitely be back. Adam and Chris made our customer journey seamless. 👌🏼

I was welcomed by the Store Manager (Adam) on arrival, used the 'experience bed' as a tester for mattress, offered a bottle of water and Chris was really good whilst placing my order.
